I was scheduled for an MRI and CT on consecutive days as the appointments didn't line up however they were able to squeeze both scans on the same day which was great. The staff are amazing and very informative as to the steps they are taking for each scan.

You never go to a place like this for a good time but at least when you come here you are met by really friendly front office staff who immediately put you at ease. The rest of the staff are so friendly, competent and know exactly what they’re doing. It was a completely faultless experience right down to the girl at the front desk offering to call me a cab to get home. I can’t think of anything negative to say at all.

Have had a few appointments here over the past six weeks and cannot fault them in any way. From making the appointment to having a reminder sent, checking in for appointment and then the staff that performed the imaging. Ladies at the desk are so friendly and accommodating, and the medical staff always explain what will happen and ensure that you are comfortable. PRP Tuggerah have got it right, so thankyou
