Dr Kushlan Aluwihare

Kushlan graduated from the University of NSW and completed his radiology training at Concord Repatriation Hospital in Sydney. He undertook a fellowship in breast imaging at the Breast Cancer Institute, Westmead Hospital. He then completed an MRI fellowship at Flinders Medical Centre, Adelaide.

He has held VMO positions at BreastScreen NSW and BreastScreen SA. He has worked in private practice in Adelaide and held a staff specialist position at Flinders Medical Centre. Kushlan has a special interest in teaching and has held associate lecturer positions with the medical schools at the University of Sydney and the University of Notre Dame.

Kushlan has a particular interest in breast imaging, MRI and general interventional procedures.
