Grace joined PRP Diagnostic Imaging in 2004. She qualified in medicine from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 1987. After obtaining the Royal College of Physicians membership, Grace undertook radiology training in Plymouth, UK.

Grace completed a fellowship in cross-sectional imaging at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane before taking up a post at Townsville Hospital. She then worked in Bunbury, WA, before moving to the Central Coast of NSW in 2004.

Grace is a general radiologist with a particular interest in body CT.
