Billing and Fees

At PRP, we believe in providing premium diagnostic imaging for everyone. While many of our services are bulk billed to Medicare, some tests or procedures may attract an out-of-pocket fee. This charge reflects the skills and costs involved in offering a top-quality imaging service.

No matter which type of service you require, our helpful staff will explain the billing process when you book your appointment.

Out-of-pocket fees

If you do need to pay any out-of-pocket fees, you may be asked to settle your account when you come in for your procedure and then submit your Medicare claim afterwards. Our staff are more than happy to help you with lodging your claim.

Payment options

Settling your account online is secure and easy. Just complete the form on our online payment page and your medicare-ready receipt will be mailed to you. For your convenience, we also accept cash, EFTPOS, BPAY (Biller Code 230615) or credit card.

Medicare Safety Net

If you are paying large amounts towards your medical expenses, you may be entitled to receive an extra rebate via the Medicare Safety Net. Find out more at Medicare Australia or call the Medicare hotline on 132 011.
