If you require one-time access to patient imaging, please complete the form below and a link providing access for 7 days will be sent to you as soon as possible (within business hours).
PRP Portal & Inteleviewer™ Access:
Where you require ongoing access to the PRP Diagnostic Imaging database, we invite you to apply for a PRP Inteleviewer account by completing the form found here. Accounts are usually created the same business day that we receive your application.
